Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Lead to join our Children and Young People's Services (CYPS), supporting the Mindworks Hub East
This is a key role providing senior administrative leadership and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy and complex service. You will work closely with senior managers, acting as a central point of coordination, supporting service delivery, and leading a small administrative team.

Main duties of the job
Provide senior administrative and operational support to Mindworks Hub East Manage complex diaries, meetings, and communications on behalf of senior managers Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Lead and supervise the administrative team, including workload allocation and support Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions Support recruitment, appraisals, and staff management processes Monitor data quality and support performance reporting using systems such as SystmOne, ESR, and Datix Manage referrals, update clinical records, and support clinic bookings Oversee administrative systems, office processes, and resource management Contribute to service improvement and ensure high standards of customer service

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Degree in administrative/management related subject or 2 years' experience in a senior administrative/office manager role ideally within an NHS/Customer Service background. RSA 3 in typewriting or equivalent demonstrable competence.
Experience Essential
Experience in supporting senior management. Experience of working on own initiative without direct supervision. Experience of providing supervision.
