Registered Dental Nurse - Band 4
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the department for a Band 4 Dental Nurse to join the Oral Maxillo Facial Surgery and Orthodontics team based in the dedicated Princess Alexandra Dental Wing.
This is a 12-month fixed term, part-time position supporting the Oral Services at Kingston and Richmond Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Main duties of the job
This interesting and varied role involves a range of clinical and administrative duties.
Our service provides specialist multidisciplinary dentistry to a full range of patients including those who are medically compromised and those with learning and/or physical disabilities.
We are looking for a flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic qualified dental nurse to provide a high-quality service to patients. The successful candidates will be well presented, demonstrate good communication skills and a 'can do' attitude. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Significant years of relevant clinical experience

Previous experience working within a hospital Maxillofacial Unit Experience using electronic patient records, e.g. CRS

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate ability to work within role boundaries and escalate appropriately
Knowledge Essential
Knowledge of current programmes of care and the NHS Constitution. Knowledge of your professional code of conduct and guidance issued by your professional body and that you adhere to these
