As a Clinical Administrator, you will provide essential clinical and non-clinical admin support to our Practice Management Team, Doctors, and Healthcare Professionals. Your role will include:
Managing reception duties, including patient interactions (face-to-face and by phone). Handling administrative and secretarial tasks to ensure smooth practice operations. Demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a busy healthcare setting. Who We are Looking For

Main duties of the job Main Duties:
Front Desk Management Greet patients, handle appointments (bookings, cancellations, reminders), and manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Patient Records & Data Handling Update and maintain electronic health records on SystmOne, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Clinical Admin Support Assist GPs and nurses with tasks like processing referrals, test results, secretarial tasks and prescription requests.
Prescription & Workflow Management Process repeat prescriptions, liaise with pharmacies, and manage clinical correspondence.
Team Collaboration Work closely with clinicians, reception staff, and external healthcare providers for seamless service delivery.

We are seeking a full time candidate, 37.5 hours per week. Expectations can be discussed in depth at the interview. The ideal candidate will have clear and effective communication and organisation skills, which will come naturally to them whilst supporting colleagues in the delivery of an outstanding patient experience. Having evidence of delivering a high level of customer care to patients will be vital in supporting the business in achieving its objectives. Experience is preferred.
