About this role

Job summary

This post forms part of a service currently subject to a service improvement and redesign programme. Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed as part of the improvement process, which may result in changes and a consultation process in line with the Trust's Organisational Change Policy.

The Trust is committed to supporting staff throughout this process and ensuring fair and transparent decision-making.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service to the Early Intervention service within the Mental Health Network, coordinating their activities with other members of the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.

The post holder will be aligned to a specific team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Networks administrative service providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their Admin Manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.

Working patterns for the post is: Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday 9am - 4.30pm

Main duties of the job

The Community Mental Team are looking for a Team Clinical Administrator to join team on a permanent basis supporting our Clinical Teams.

We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communication with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages and a good telephone manner.

NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care or Business Administration - or equivalent experience Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development
