Job summary
You will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive administrative support Arranging meetings, preparation of meeting papers and taking minutes of meetings. Sourcing and providing information, including report collation and data analysis in line with local and national reporting mechanisms Utilising a range of IT systems to develop and populate clinics Being the first point of contact for the team Please note that any offer of employment will be subject to the successful receipt of a DBS and prison vetting clearances.

Main duties of the job
This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Health & Wellbeing team at HMP Berwyn.
We are looking for an experienced administrator.
You will have excellent organisational skills and be qualified at NVQ Level 3 in Administration or have an equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
