The post holder will be an experienced registered midwife with the ability to practise autonomously when providing care to women/birthing people during the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period and will be the coordinating care provider for women, birthing people and their families You will work as a member of the team providing maternity care to women/birthing people within the hospital and community The post holder will deputise on the ward or department in the absence of the senior midwife In the community setting you will take responsibility for coordinating the care pathways and participate in the on call service to provide a homebirth service We encourage applications from experienced midwives with a particular interest in:

Registered Midwife Degree or evidence of level 3 study or diploma Evidence of continual professional development Actively maintain NMC Reg
