Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Monitor, track, and analyze quality measure performance and outcomes. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement corrective action plans. Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve quality measure scores and patient outcomes. Conduct audits and provide recommendations based on findings. Interpret quality measure data and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders. Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and performance management activities. Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and quality reporting requirements.Requirements
Current and valid PHRN licenseUSRN license is a PLUSAt least 6 months of Bedside/Clinical experienceMust be knowledgeable with MDS (Minimum Data Set) Quality measures experience is a PLUSStrong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Good Verbal and Written English Communication SkillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area)Willing to work on shifting schedule.Benefits
