Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Process orders for diabetic supplies and coordinate delivery to patients in a timely manner. Conduct follow-ups via phone and fax to obtain authorizations, order forms, and clinical documentation from healthcare providers. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are accurately documented within the customer portal. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including attendance, average handle time (AHT), quality assurance (QA), and orders processed. Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures to ensure high-quality customer support.
Requirements
At least 6 months of BPO experience under a Healthcare Account (US Healthcare Insurance)Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyGood verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Buendia, MakatiAmenable working night shiftBenefits
