Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Contact patients regarding outstanding copays and balances in a professional and courteous manner (soft collections). Collaborate with front office staff and agents to support overall billing and collection efforts. Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements in the system. Meet or exceed performance goals related to collections and customer satisfaction. Handle sensitive patient financial data with discretion and integrity.
Requirements
At least 1 year BPO experience (Collections)Healthcare experience is a PLUSWith email support experienceExcellent verbal & written English skillsBasic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)Amenable working onsite in MakatiWilling to work night shiftsBenefits
