About the Role We are a growing real estate business based in Ontario, Canada, looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with previous real estate administration experience who can confidently manage tasks independently, communicate professionally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Real Estate Administration ● Managing contracts and e-signatures ● Organizing offers and preparing offer summaries ● Coordinating showing feedback by contacting brokerages and agents ● Managing emails and client communication ● Preparing listings and listing documentation ● Researching zoning, taxes, township regulations, and municipality information ● Updating CRM systems and maintaining organized records
Marketing & Content Support ● Creating feature sheets, ads, and marketing materials in Canva ● Assisting with social media content and scheduling ● Basic video editing for YouTube and marketing clips ● Website updates using Wix ● Supporting blog posts and digital marketing tasks during slower periods
