Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for a Groundworker to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering essential works across social housing properties.

Your Day to Day, What You’ll Do as our Groundworker
Carrying out general groundworks across social housing propertiesBrickwork, concreting, and tarmackingVenting and external repair worksWorking across multiple sites as a mobile/ transient workerUsing a PDA/ mobile device to manage jobs and schedulesCompleting works in line with schedule of ratesLiasing with customers, Site Supervisors and colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently What You’ll Need as our Groundworker
Time served experience ground workingProven ability to carry out a range of construction and groundwork tasksExperience working within social housing (Desirable)Ability to work independently and manage your own jobsComfortable using a PDA Mobile device for job managementFull UK driving licenseWhat to Expect Company van, uniform & equipment provided
