Qualifying Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution. Knowledge of marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, website CMS administration, analytics tools, and search engine optimization (SEO). Must have experience that demonstrated the ability to analyze data, manage multiple projects, and communicate technical information clearly to leadership and facility managers. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; qualifying experience may substitute for education. Must have a valid SOFA license.
Major DutiesThis position serves as the Digital Marketing Manager for the 18 and 718 Force Support Squadron (FSS), responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the squadron's digital marketing initiatives and reports directly to the Marketing Director. The incumbent manages web, social media, and automation platforms to increase program awareness, community participation, and NAF revenue. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with Air Force branding and installation priorities while maintaining a secure, data-driven digital presence in support of the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) mission. Develops and executes the 18 & 718 Force Support Squadron's digital marketing strategy to increase program awareness, participation, and revenue. Ensures alignment with installation priorities and Air Force branding guidance. Oversees website, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms. Serves as primary administrator for digital systems including CMS and CRM tools. Ensures content accuracy, accessibility compliance, cybersecurity adherence, and brand consistency across all digital channels. Analyzes digital performance metrics and establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Prepares recurring reports for leadership and recommends data-driven improvements. Leads digital projects and coordinates with the creative team. Coordinates with creative staff to support high-quality digital campaigns. Ensures responsible use of Non appropriated Fund (NAF) resources and supports revenue-generating initiatives through effective digital engagement strategies. Performs other duties as assigned.
