We invite you to be a part of our family and be a driver of developing your knowledge, skills, and experience. 1 Principal Mixed-Signals Verification Engineer (m/f/x) Your Role: * Working on Verification of Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) products * Define verification strategy and methodology across projects * Lead architecture of modeling and verification frameworks * Drive system-level verification concepts and abstraction strategies * Ensure efficient and scalable verification approaches across teams * Act as technical authority across Analog, Digital and Verification domains * Collaborate across projects, advising on risks, quality and methodology * Mentor senior engineers and shape technical direction Your Profile: * Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics * ~12+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal verification * Deep expertise in modeling (RNM / Verilog-AMS) and SystemVerilog environments * Strong system-level understanding across Analog and Digital domains * Experience defining verification methodologies and strategies * Understanding of digital verification environments (UVM) for system integration * Recognized as a technical leader with high autonomy * Knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies * Good verbal and written English skills, German is an advantage What We Offer: * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a talented team. * Personal development and individual training plans. * Innovative products and business environment. * Flexible working hours. * Friendly and supportive environment. * Exciting, varied work in a growing and internationally active company. * Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support. * Modern office spaces. * Team building events. * Competitive compensation well above the relevant collective agreement (minimum monthly gross salary according to collective agreement "IT" ST1 Einstiegsstufe EUR 3.267; ST1 Regelstufe EUR 3.954; ST2 Einstiegsstufe EUR 4.061; ST2 Regelstufe EUR 4.611).
