We invite you to be a part of our family and be a driver of developing your knowledge, skills, and experience. 1 Senior Mixed-Signals Verification Engineer (m/f/x) Your Role: * Working on Verification of Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) products * Real-Number model development (SystemVerilog, WREAL, Verilog-AMS) for analog and mixed-signal IPs/blocks and ensuring consistency with schematics * Development of analog/mixed-mode testbenches and verification of blocks and subsystems * Contribute to verification concepts and specifications for mixed-signal projects * Align and track implementation of testbenches and stimuli according to the verification plan * Run simulations, analyze results and conduct verification reviews * Collaborate with analog and digital teams to ensure correct integration Your Profile: * Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics * ~4+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal verification or design * Strong SystemVerilog and modeling (RNM / Verilog-AMS) skills * Experience with AMS simulations and debugging * Basic understanding of mixed-signal system integration (DMS/UVM beneficial) * Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PERL, TCL, BASH/TCSH beneficial * Effective collaboration across Analog, Digital and Verification domains * Knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies * Good verbal and written English skills, German is an advantage What We Offer: * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a talented team. * Personal development and individual training plans. * Innovative products and business environment. * Flexible working hours. * Friendly and supportive environment. * Exciting, varied work in a growing and internationally active company. * Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support. * Modern office spaces. * Team building events. * Competitive compensation well above the relevant collective agreement (minimum monthly gross salary according to collective agreement "IT" ST1 Einstiegsstufe EUR 3.267; ST1 Regelstufe EUR 3.954; ST2 Einstiegsstufe EUR 4.061; ST2 Regelstufe EUR 4.611).
