Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Previous administration experience, ideally within a busy or customer-facing environment. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office. Exceptional communication and organisational skills are essential. Experience within health or social care settings and NVQ Level 2 in Administration or Customer Services is desirable.
