Job summary
We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Operational Services and Performance Managers to join the Community Care Group. One of these posts will be based at Ramsgate House with a requirement to work across Salford and Trafford division, and the other will be based at Central Park with a requirement to work across Manchester Community Services.
The successful candidate will join the Care Group at an exciting time of change and development as we go through Community Transformation. You will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of the administrative services within your area. Services you will be responsible for will include CMHT's, Referral and Assessment Hubs, Psychology and Physical Health Hubs, Neighbourhood Teams and others. You will take a lead on establishing effective systems and processes to support the operational management and service continuity across the Division.
Some of the tasks you will lead on will be Care Group wide.
You will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), offering advice, guidance, and support on operational issues to both the team and the service. Strong people management skills, a focus on wellness in work, and effective problem-solving abilities are essential.
Main duties of the job
Assist the Business Manager in evaluating performance data and preparing reports, as well as in formulating strategies to enhance service delivery.
Lead data and technology resource management by overseeing the effectiveness of software and hardware within the division, managing the replacement of IT systems and equipment, and ensuring that new IT equipment or software is properly introduced and thoroughly tested.
To take responsibility for the operational management and leadership of the full range of administrative services across the Division.
Assist the Business Manager in implementing local capital projects, developing business cases, managing estates and buildings, and supporting other initiatives.
