Mid Hampshire Healthcare (MHH) is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Co-ordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced Operations Team.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the delivery of healthcare services across Hampshire. Youll play a key part in ensuring our clinics and services run smoothly by coordinating appointments, supporting patients and practices, managing rotas and clinical systems, and providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team.

Main duties of the job
What Youll Be Doing
Youll support the day-to-day operational delivery of services by: -
Managing patient bookings and clinic appointments. Acting as a key contact for patients, GP practices, and clinicians. Supporting rota coordination and staffing administration. Monitoring inboxes, referrals, and clinical administration systems. Using EMIS and other digital systems to support service delivery. Assisting with clinic changes, cancellations, and patient communications. Supporting stock management and wider operational tasks. Working collaboratively as part of a supportive Operations Team.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office. Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities. Location
This role is based at our Head Office in Colden Common, Hampshire, although some travel to MHH service locations may occasionally be required.
