Castle Partnership are looking for an individual with significant general practice experience to support the senior management team. The successful applicant will support the team across all aspects of the business, ensuring consistently excellent level of patient care can be provided, contracts are fulfilled and financial targets are met.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will support the Practice with:
* QOF/LESs/PCN DES
* Claim administration, including CQRS and Public Health
* Learning event and significant event administration to evidence outcomes
* Monitoring and actioning practice operations to identify and solve issues, escalating to Management where appropriate
* Project support
* Support, where required, with document processing, prescriptions, referrals and patient coordination.
* Research/Education administration and support
* Coordination of external service agreements
* Support vaccination campaigns/programmes
* Minuting of meetings
* Support with implementation of I.T systems and troubleshooting

Castle Partnership is seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in general practice to support the Senior Management Team across a wide range of operational, contractual and administrative functions.
The successful postholder will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the Practice, helping to ensure consistently high standards of patient care, achievement of contractual requirements, delivery of operational projects and support of financial performance targets.
This is an exciting and varied role within a progressive and forward-thinking Practice, requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Founded over 125 years ago, Castle Partnership is a three-site GP Practice providing healthcare services to approximately 18,000 patients across Norwich.
The Practice is led by seven enthusiastic GP Partners and a supportive management team, with a strong commitment to innovation, staff wellbeing and professional development. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesContract & Performance Support
Support the administration and monitoring of:
Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF)
Local Enhanced Services (LES)
Primary Care Network Directed Enhanced Services (PCN DES)
Assist in ensuring contractual targets and deadlines are achieved.
Support claims administration processes, including CQRS and Public Health submissions.
Monitor performance data and escalate issues or risks to Management where appropriate.
Operational Support
Monitor and action operational tasks and workflows to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Provide project support for Practice initiatives and service developments.
Coordinate and maintain external service agreements and associated documentation.
Support vaccination programmes and campaigns, including administration and coordination tasks.
Assist with implementation, troubleshooting and optimisation of IT systems and digital processes.
Clinical & Administrative Support
Provide support, where required, with:
Document processing
Prescription administration
Referral coordination
Patient coordination and pathway support
Assist with learning event and significant event administration, ensuring outcomes and actions are appropriately documented and evidenced.
Support research and education activities within the Practice, including associated administration.
Meetings & Communication
Arrange meetings as required and provide accurate minute taking and action tracking.
Communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams, external organisations and stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
General Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with all Practice teams to support excellent patient care and operational effectiveness.
Adhere to Practice policies, procedures, governance and confidentiality requirements.
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role and level of responsibility.
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths, or evidence of ability surpassing this level.
Experience Essential
Considerable experience working within General Practice in an administrative role.
Desirable
Experience of working within a similar role in General Practice.
Skills Essential
Understanding of CQRS portal and claims submission. Understanding of QOF. Understanding of LES/LCSs. Strong understanding of SystmOne. Understanding of Practice income streams.
