Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join the Physical Health Team in Sussex Partnership Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity to support the team in delivering work related to patient and carer experience and co-production.
You will play a key role in supporting the Physical Health Group senior leadership by providing team administrative support and support to the wider department.
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. As well as the above, this position involves providing admin support, organising meetings and handling team emails, managing and updating our website.
You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Main duties of the job
You will provide effective administrative support including diary management, phone calls and typing correspondence, producing documents to a good standard and using Trust templates
You will arrange; prepare the agendas and take minutes of team meetings and other meetings as directed.
You will provide support to the Physical Health Group by supporting planning, agenda setting and minute taking.
You will provide a comprehensive and professional administrative support to the team and operate and update computerised database systems.
You will keep records up to date and maintain the Physical health team staff records.
You will provide reports and records as required.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Good standard of secondary education. GCSE level 5/grade G or above or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience and evidence of further practical experience
Knowledge/Experience Essential
Knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures and systems acquired through training and experience to Vocational Level 3 or equivalent Knowledge and experience of using digital software packages ie: Office 365 suite, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word Previous experience of working as a personal assistant to a senior manager or supporting senior team managers Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
