About this role
• Provide daily maintenance support for technological equipment. • Perform OPR improvements in the assigned area to achieve defined targets using SCADA data. • Conduct Technical Availability (TA) data analysis and resolve issues in the assigned area to achieve design TA targets using SCADA data. • Analyse data, develop and implement actions based on data analysis to improve MTTR, MTTA and MTBF. • Continuously improve the assigned area across all equipment. • Carry out preventive/predictive and reactive maintenance tasks as instructed. • Ability to work effectively under time pressure. • Work closely with the Paint New Model Launch department to understand future model and process requirements and ensure manufacturing readiness, including preparation of required procedures. • Actively participate in new model build phases or model year changes, which may include international travel. • Participate in tooling evaluations and continuously drive improvements. • Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required. • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager within the Maintenance department. • Participate in the creation of comments/feedback and support equipment approval and sign‑off events. • Apply structured problem‑solving methods, including containment and corrective actions, until issues are fully resolved. • Support trial runs and implementation of permanent process changes. • Immediately address equipment and process issues arising during the maintenance of stable production.
