Pastry Chef De Partie (CDP) in a busy hotel kitchen delivering high quality deserts, cakes, breads and other pastry items to the highest standards, with consistency and in line with the demands of service. This role may involve working in different sections of the Kitchen. Applicants must have at least 2 years experience with Bar Food / Banqueting Food and Restaurant Food in large volumes.
