Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high performing 4 partner GP practice in Kippax , Leeds, as an Office Manager.
The successful applicant will be easy going, able to work under pressure and have a friendly but professional approach to dealing with the public. You should possess computer and keyboard skills as well as experience of managing a team.
The position is for 37 hours per week
Monday 08:00 to 16:00
Tuesday 08:00 to 18:00
Wednesday 08:00 to 15:30
Thursday 08:00 to 15:30
Friday 12:30 to 18:30
Main duties of the job
You will be a hands on member of the non clinical team undertaking both reception and administration duties.
In addition you will be responsible for managing, training and overseeing all aspects of the team to ensure all duties are performed effectively and to the required standard, meeting the objectives of the practice.

Experience Essential
Experience of working in a customer service environment - Experience of carrying out administrative duties - Experience of leading a team as well as being a skilled team player - Excellent communication skills both oral and written - Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office - Able to prioritise work and effectively manage time - Able to follow policies and procedures - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Capable of coping with the unexpected - Friendly but professional approach to dealing with the public
