About this role
The successful candidate will be flexible and able to use their initiative as well as having excellent interpersonal skills. ICT skills (to include Word, Excel and Publisher) would advantageous. The main areas of responsibility include:
Undertake duties detailed in the attached Job profile Undertake complex reception duties, answer routine telephone and face-to-face enquiries Provide routine clerical support, e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, word-processing Receive and sign in visitors Assist with pupil welfare duties and liaise with parents/staff when required First Aid Assisting with the school’s Health and Safety provision
