The Custom Fit Specialist Manager is responsible for leading the custom fitting proposition within the store while holding accountability for delivering commercial performance, operational standards, and team development alongside the Store Manager. You will act as the in-store expert for custom fitting, taking ownership of the fitting experience, driving sales through high-quality consultations, and ensuring the store is recognised as a destination for custom fit. Alongside this, you will play a key leadership role within the store, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business in the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team, and ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experiences and results. This role combines specialist expertise with full leadership responsibility, contributing directly to store performance, team capability, and operational excellence.
