We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly supportive and forward thinking team at College Green Medical Practice on a fixed term basis We can offer flexibility with between four and seven sessions available making this an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a role that can fit around other commitments or portfolio interests Salary is negotiable depending on experience

Main duties of the job
Provide high quality patient centred primary care consultations via face to face telephone and online appointments Assess diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribe safely and in line with local and national guidance Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using SystmOne Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team and PCN colleagues Participate in clinical meetings practice development and quality improvement activities Support continuity of care and promote patient wellbeing and preventative healthcare Contribute to the safe and effective running of the practice and delivery of NHS contractual requirements

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
GMC registered and licensed to practise Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List MRCGP or equivalent qualification Excellent communication and teamworking skills Commitment to high-quality patient care
Desirable
Experience using SystmOne Interest in innovation, digital working or service development Experience working within multidisciplinary teams Flexible and proactive approach to general practice work
