Main duties of the job
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate clinical leader to oversee and develop our regional community services, including Clinical Nurse Specialist and Hospice at Home teams.
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, you will lead community-based clinical teams, drive service improvement, support high-quality person-centred care and build strong partnerships across the wider healthcare system.

About You
You will be a Registered Nurse with significant clinical and leadership experience within community healthcare services.
You will bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, alongside a passion for delivering outstanding palliative and end-of-life care.
You will ideally have:
Extensive experience in palliative and end-of-life care
Experience leading teams through change and service development
Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
Experience working collaboratively across healthcare organisations and community services
The ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities
A commitment to inclusive leadership and equitable access to care
A non-medical prescribing qualification, mentorship/assessor award and continued professional development are desirable.
