Job summary
This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Partners and Executive Partner to ensure the practice runs efficiently, meets its strategic objectives, and continues to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
Main duties of the job
As Practice Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operational performance, people management and business delivery. You will play a central role in leading the team, supporting a positive working culture, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
You'll also help ensure the practice meets all regulatory requirements, including NHS contractual obligations and CQC standards.
