Job summary
Pemberton Surgery is a forward thinking and high achieving training practice serving approximately 10,400 patients in Wigan, Greater Manchester. We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic four session salaried GP to join our supportive and well established team.
This is a newly created post, providing additional GP capacity to support rising patient demand and continue to provide timely access to care for our population.

We operate a well-established total triage model using AskMyGP (soon to be Accurx), enabling us to manage demand safely and effectively. Our multidisciplinary team, including, GP partners, Salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician, ensures GP workload remains focused on patients with the greatest clinical need.

Main duties of the job
Provide high quality, patient centered GP consultations
Manage clinical caseload supported by triage systems
Work collaboratively within the wider multidisciplinary team
Contribute to practice team ways of working

Qualifications Essential
Proof of Medical degree CCT certification or equivalent Full GMC Registration National Performers List
Experience Essential
Experience of continued professional development Experience in Primary Care
