Your experience and skills: • You have extensive knowledge of the PLM software Bamboo Rose • You have +8yrs knowledge of owning the PLM software Bamboo Rose for a retailer • Experience from DevOps is beneficial • You have project management skills (plan, coordinate and drive activities) as well as being a real doer • You are a social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism • You are flexible, driven and open minded • You take own initiatives and enjoy working in a fast pace environment • You have experience from driving Product roadmaps especially connected to Sourcing service • You have the ability to communicate in a clear way with both IT and business • You enjoy working in team but are also able to work independently and get things done This is a full time temporary position of 6 months to start as soon as possible, based at our HM Group head-office in Stockholm. Product Manager to HM Group Infra is a new initiative within the HM Group. We aim to leverage the core assets of the H&M Group to internal as well as external brands. We are now looking for an experienced Product Manager who will own all aspects of the service vertical product, from strategy to operational excellence. The product manager will be a vital part of the Infra management team and play an instrumental part in building this new initiative. As the product manager you will primarily cover the following areas: • Define and set the strategic direction for the Service vertical/Product Lifecycle Management • Work directly with brands and partners to understand their needs from both a business and technical perspective • Manage and co-ordinate stakeholder expectations within service vertical • Define and drive the product roadmap that will help us scale the business • Secure alignment to Infra’s vision and enterprise roadmap • Closely follow the vendor and try to influence adherence to Infra’s internal roadmap • Continuously strive for using industry best practice and defined standards including service vertical interoperability for data, applications and technology • Maintain all Infra specific extensions to the applications data model and UI when required (Higg index, etc) Infra is a new initiative within the HM Group.
