We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Application Expert with suitable background to join the skilled Rollout team. Take the chance and apply now! This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile team included in one of H&M’s largest programs implementing a new global ERP and WMS solution also work with H&M’s first OMNI warehouses. The solution is based on SAP EWM and as an Application Expert in the Rollout team you will have an important role to establish and standardize our solution worldwide. You will be a member of the Rollout team that work closely with all our warehouses during the implementation period and have the overall responsibility to set up the warehouse solution for all new warehouses. Dependent upon your experience and ambition, the role may contain both technical and functional aspects. You will be part of a highly skilled team which provides configured solution to for the business. Your responsibilities The job as an Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes: - Plan and prepare - Understand local sites business processes and translate to IT-terms - Perform configuration workshops on-site to map the goods flows - Support local organization during decision making and propose optimal set-up - Set up standard functionality and new developments to warehouses - Act as a link to business when it comes to warehouse set up and configuration - Train the rollout team in local WH set-up and options - Verify requirements in our standard solution - Reporting towards both internal and external stakeholders - Continuously work with improvements of way of working and methodology - Support during test phase, investigate and solve defects and participate in on-site tests and go-live support - Knowledge transfer and handover to other teams - Continuously keep documentation up to date Your skills Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include: - Experience as an Application Expert, or similar role - Relevant business process knowledge, in logistics and warehouse, preferably retail - Communication skills around technical solutions and issues - Requirement Analysis and translating business requirements to functional solution requirements - Ability to lead people and drive tasks/workshops It’s an advantage if you have knowledge from ERP or WM solutions, preferably SAP solutions.
