We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide efficient and comprehensive support to our Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Director of Strategy & Innovation within the Corporate Executive Support Team. Main duties of the job
The role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Director of Strategy & Innovation. This includes efficiently managing correspondence and communications, assessing and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines, and autonomously responding to emails and telephone inquiries using sound judgment and initiative.
You will act as a key liaison, handling complex, sensitive, and sometimes contentious information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality. The role also requires managing communications effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, utilising negotiation and persuasion skills as needed, while ensuring all duties are performed efficiently and to a high standard.

Education and Qualifications Essential
Educated to A level, NVQ Level 3 or relevant equivalent NVQ Level 3
Desirable
Evidence of continuing professional development
Experience Essential
Recent experience of working in an office or equivalent Proven experience of effective meeting arrangements including formal minute taking

Recent work experience within the NHS Experience of working in patient experience
Knowledge Essential
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package: including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage own workload and to work proactively - as part of a small team, autonomously and with a range of colleagues
