Main duties of the job
Our rotations:
Medicine (including respiratory and the acute medical unit) Orthopaedics (elective) Acute Stroke Stroke rehabilitation Emergency Department - AHP Team
Supporting our patients:
Participate in the Band 5 rotation scheme within Fairfield General Hospital in Bury . Provide autonomous assessments and interventions, for own designated caseload of patients; with support and supervision for more complex needs. Maintain clinical responsibility for own caseload and that of delegated tasks. Be aware of your own limitations and competency, seeking senior support when required. Provide support and training for junior staff and students.

Qualifications Essential
Degree or equivalent HCPC registration
Experience Essential
Completion of broad range of undergraduate placements Evidence of undergraduate CPD in the form of a detailed personal development portfolio

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to underpin relevant clinical skills and clinical reasoning Effective team working Experience of liaison with other professionals and partnership working Ability to use effective clinical reasoning Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work within a stressful and unpredictable environment
