Our service operates between 07:20 and 20:30, providing flexibility and work-life balance through structured shift options:

Main duties of the job
What we're looking for:-
The post holders will provide effective support to Nursing Staff, Radiologists and Radiographers in all areas within Radiology. You will be required to assist in the care and supervision of patients and to deal with of a multi-disciplinary team and members of the public in a caring, pleasant and effective manner. There will be a commitment to flexible working to allow extended working days in the department. There will also be a requirement to work weekends. The candidate should have a commitment to multi-disciplinary teamwork and good oral, written communication skills. Previous experience in direct patient contact is a requirement of this post. Evidence of commitment to ongoing personal development will need to be demonstrated.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
