The position The ICT Officer is a member of the Support team who works reactively and proactively on a day to day basis to provide practical IT service and support advice as part of the IT support to MSF Sweden. Main responsibilities To provide (first line) service and support to the users of the MSF Sweden network on a daily basis Providing general IT support, including streaming support, at MSF Sweden events Providing IT support in the digitalisation of MSF Sweden Providing training and support in the introduction of new IT systems Working closely with the Front Desk in Office setup matters (preparing work space, keeping meeting rooms up to date with technical devices etc) Läkare Utan Gränser/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organisation determined to bring quality medical care to people in crises around the world, when and where they need it.
