Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Agincare's The Chestnuts Care Home, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to residents. You will supervise and support your team to deliver personal care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, while promoting residents' right to choose and independence. The role involves carrying out care reviews with residents, ensuring their care plans meet their needs. You will administer medication safely, lead social activities, and support the training and development of staff. Must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, hold an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, and be working towards a Level 3. Qualifications Essential

Must hold a NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care and preferably working towards a level 3.
