Main duties of the job As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include responding to patient queries, liaising with the wider primary care team, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to our range of services, maintaining patient records, and confidentiality. You'll be emailing, scanning, and coding clinical correspondence, processing prescriptions requests, and utilising other information systems to support efficient workflow processes. Experience in reception or customer care is essential, as is being an excellent communicator and having basic PC skills. Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.

Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

Reception or customer care experience is essential as well as an excellent communicator both spoken and written. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Previous experience of working in the NHS is welcome but not essential. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Reception or customer care experience is essential, along with excellent communication skills and basic PC skills such as Word, Excel, and Email.
