The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement, and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the practice. A high degree of personal organisational skill is required as well as a systematic approach to problem-solving and planning to ensure a smooth day to day running of the patient centred practice.

We are seeking a long-term practice manager who can bring their experience and ideas to our receptive team. We aim to improve the services we provide as well as provide a welcoming environment within our close-knit team and we encourage learning opportunities.
You must be proficieent in IT and have a minimum of 2 years successfully managing teams and developing those within them whilst delivering against contracts within NHS. You will be a proactive individual with a demonstrable career in finance, HR, business and strategic management to become our new Practice Manager.

Experience Essential
Minimum 2 years experience in Primary Care managerial setting Proficient IT skills The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.

Other qualifications that may enhance your role.
Qualifications Essential
Experience with EMIS, able to meet QOF targets and support practice needs and able to develop and maintain a professional, working relationship with the CCG and CQC
Desirable
GCSEs A-C in English and Maths. Other GCSEs will also be considered
