You should be positive and solution orientated and want to come to work and have fun. Our working language is English, so you must have good English. The Greasy Spoon team is opening a brand new restaurant concept mid-February. It's a lunch & evening concept, open 11 to 11, but it's still secret! We are looking for supervising chefs & line chefs with a minimum of three years experience, or chef education. Supervising level chefs should be able to lead a busy kitchen, and take responsibility for tasks such as ordering, prep sheets, cost control etc, with further opportunities for development and responsibility if desired. Greasy Spoon is experienced in creating fun working environments in a fast-paced kitchen, with a young & dynamic team, with supportive colleagues & management team, and an emphasis on work-life balance and a positive environment.
