HCL Technologies is looking for Support Technicians to help our Service Desk & Onsite Team - Provide first and second level support for Windows 10 and Windows 7. - Provide support for on call duty (Weekends & Weekdays) - To ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction through First Call Resolution. - To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications: Must be Native or Fluent in Swedish language. Earlier experience in Helpdesk / Onsite / IT support and Customer Service Support is the preferred or real interest in ITBasic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops and web applications. Good knowledge of Windows 10 & 7 Operating System support and troubleshooting. Good knowledge of MS Office ProductsVerbal / written communication in both Swedish and English. Good problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships.
