Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Program Manager located in Milpitas, California.
Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager is responsible for providing administrative and project support to our Project Management team.
What a typical day looks like:Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution. Monitor program performance metrics, track deliverables, and drive corrective actions to meet business objectives. Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure product development, quality, delivery, and timeline commitments are achieved. Serve as the primary customer interface, managing escalations, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationship development. Coordinate product lifecycle activities, support contract negotiations, and drive business growth while maintaining P&L accountability.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of program administration, program management, or related experience. Strong leadership, technical, operational, process improvement, and customer relationship management skills. Extensive knowledge of cross-functional processes, technologies, and business operations, with an understanding of their strategic impact across sites. Accountable for overall program success, demonstrating expert-level functional expertise and business acumen.AC29
