About this role
The successful candidate You have a university degree and have an interest in insurances. You are fluent in English. Training in insurance mathematics, or experience from analytical work is an advantage. We also value presentation skills, and the ability to work structured and goal oriented in a team or independently. You will be joining our one year long paid trainee program. In the program, you will be introduced to our different business areas such as Sales & services and CRM department. In the first part of the program you will get the chance to visit the different sections in the Sales & Service organization, as well as work in specific assignments to really understand our sales processes and channels, how we work with CX, improvement initiatives, business development. The second part will be in the CRM organization to learn how we work with sales prospecting, customer communication and campaigns, etc. The CRM units are collaborating closely and supporting the Sales organization. Other information The location will be in Stockholm, Sweden. Some travelling in the Nordic region will be required. The program is between April 2019 and March 2020.
