Roles and Responsibilities
Provide after-hours clinical support to caregivers and patients via phone Conduct caregiver supervision calls and review patient care plans Respond to and advise on clinical questions and concerns that arise after hours Ensure continuity and quality of patient care through appropriate guidance and escalation Document interactions and communicate important updates to the care team as needed Maintain professionalism and empathy in all patient and caregiver interactionsRequirements
Registered PHRN and USRN (Must be active)Must be an Ohio (OH) or New York (NY) license holderWith proven clinical experience (2 + Years)Must be keen to detailsExcellent verbal and written English skillsMust be residing in the PihilippinesAmenable working night shiftBenefits
