Primary Responsibilities
Managing employees by providing feedback and coaching sessions within the purview of account processes. Facilitate training based on the approved outline/curriculum for the account. Evaluate the trainee's speed to competency through CFU sessions, activities, and assessments. Provides post-training support. Document processes through recorded sessions. Material development creating: Process Guide, Process Maps, Training Outline, Calibration Logs, and Knowledge Requirements
Minimum of 6 months in the BPO industry as a TRAINERStrong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google SheetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsWilling to work onsite in Makati or MandaluyongAmenable working night shift
