Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities
Perform daily deposit posting and reconcile bank transactions within the accounting system Ensure accurate and timely transaction entry with strong attention to detail Review and match bank records against internal accounting data to identify discrepancies Follow established reconciliation procedures and process instructions with minimal error Maintain organized financial records and support overall accounting operations Assist in resolving transaction discrepancies and reporting issues as needed Support accounting and finance teams with routine reconciliation and data entry tasksRequirements
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 6 months work experience in Accounting, Billing, Invoicing, or relatedExperience with any accounting softwareKnowledge with MS Excel / Google SheetsHigh analytical ability and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable to working night shiftBenefits
