About this role
• At least 3 years of experience as an Applications Expert or from a similar role • Experience from ERP or WMS solutions, preferably SAP warehousing solutions • Relevant business process knowledge, in logistics and warehouse, preferably retail • Advanced communication skills around technical solutions and issues • Requirement Analysis and translating business requirements to functional solution requirements • Ability to lead people and drive tasks/workshops Are you ready for the exciting opportunity to help delivering the future global H&M SAP/EWM warehouse solution? Take the chance and apply now! This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile team included in one of H&M’s largest programs implementing a new global ERP and WMS solution. The solution is based on SAP and you will have an important role to establish and standardize our solution worldwide, and work towards standardizing our cross channels within warehouse. As an Application Expert, you will be a member of the skilled Rollout team that work closely with all our warehouses during the implementation period and have the overall responsibility to set up the solution for all new warehouses. Your responsibilities The job of an Application Expert within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. You will act as link to business when it comes to set-up and configuration. An important key is to understand local sites business processes and translate them into IT-terms and also support local organization during decision making. Your to do list will include: • Plan and prepare and perform configuration workshops • Perform configuration in the system according to verified requirements and verify requirement in our standard solution • Train Roll Out-team in the local set up and continuously work with improvements of way of working and methodology • Reporting towards both internal and external stakeholders • Knowledge transfer and hand over to Application Maintenance • Continuously keep documentation up to date Who are we at the IT department?
