Relevant university degree (preferably in Business Administration or Engineering) with proven expertise as a Project Manager implementing Cardiology, Radiology or Healthcare Informatics software Technical experience with the ambition to grow in project management in the Healthcare IT environment Professional knowledge and experience with project management methods, e.g. PMI BOK, Prince2 Knowledge in system integration/installation and networking as also pathology workflow integration, including the communication standards used in the industry (XML, HL7, DICOM, IHE) Fluency in English and Swedish language Willingness to travel (approximately 30 %) Successfully leading projects and work in close cooperation with the designated project teams consisting of technical consultants, field service engineers and application specialists Engaging with the pre-sales team early in the implementation process to ensure the customer’s requirements are captured in the statement of work. Managing implementation of solutions from different vendors in New Karolinska Solna. Controlling project budget and project progress, evaluating and managing project changes as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value and take corrective actions when necessary and manages internal and external stakeholders accordingly Organizing internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and uphold the quality standard in the processes Owning and overseeing the full Healthcare Informatics project portfolio and revenue milestones.
