About this role

As the new Clinical Application Specialist – Monitoring and Analytics & Therapeutic Care, you will be part of a team delivering advanced clinical education to hospitals. The role is a temporary position starting ASAP, until end of 2019, with great opportunities for extension/ permanent hire. You are responsible for Conduct on-site education and consulting Create and manage customer relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations Represent and champion clinical applications support needs for Patient Monitoring customers Focus on clinical uses, education and improving customer workflows Work closely together with Sales, Service, Marketing and end users being responsible for clinical presentations, product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in pre-sale, implementation and post-sales situations Develop, maintain and deliver applications focused training on the equipment and accessories Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues where needed You are a part of the Swedish Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care team, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. You will report to the Swedish Clinical Application & Education Manager MA&TC. The team is extensive and includes other Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Applications Specialists, Project Managers and Field Service Engineers with a high level of experience from both medical engineering and clinical work in hospital.
