About this role
We expect that you have: • A degree in business or similar • Store/operational experience • 3-5 year’s relevant work experience from e.g. Store Operations, Area Management, Area Controlling, business project management • Strong planning and executing skills together with a “can-do attitude” and a self-motivating way of working • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience from working in a large company is beneficial • Knowledge about digital solutions within retail is beneficial • Fluent in English, both written and verbal As a person, we believe you value having own responsibility, work in a fast pace, teamwork and straight forward communication with a flexible attitude. Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to); • Be the operational representative, gathering requirements from the business towards our Business Development function • Work in close cooperation with our counterparts in Business Development to ensure we secure a successful product and a thoroughly thought through implementation plan • Interact with steering groups and key stakeholders in issues regarding process, scope, resources, quality and time • Work closely with several different stakeholders; store staff/management, country management, central business functions • Align and synchronize initiatives with other business areas (cross func) • Drive and implement improvement initiatives within your area • Secure change management and training within your area • Operationally responsible for global user implementation • Develop best practices and global recommendations Global Sales & Operations offers you: • A fast pace, international, inspirational and fun working environment with a large selection of future opportunities • Cross functional business function with a global responsibility • Wide insight in different areas that enable our growth, sales and continued development • Great team with a variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise
