In the role as Solution Architect you will work as part of the architect team with the business development process. By understanding and analyzing the needs of the business and the capabilities in the IT solutions you drive the design work in line with our IT and Architectural strategies. As a Solution Architect you cover end-to-end scenarios cross the entire IT-solution landscape. In your role you collaborate both with business experts and IT Service Providers to establish the best solution for Afound. We work agile and we are continuously improving our ways of working so we expect you to be result oriented and always work with constant improvements. At Afound we work very close between all roles so you can expect a very dynamic and inspiring work environment. You will work with the latest cloud based technology from vendors such as Microsoft, Episerver and many more. You can expect to cover different areas of our solution based on current needs. As a person you will need to be a fast learner as our environment constantly develops in the early stages of the Afound brand. We hope that you are a good communicator that can explain complex solutions in simple and structured ways. You need to be able to present and help ensuring good solutions are designed and delivered. You need to able to take care of tasks of different sizes depending on what each situation requires. Afound is a very dynamic environment so we hope you like that! Your responsibilities The job of an Solution Architect within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes: Drive architecture design process within several business areas of Afound Drive pre-studies from an architectural perspective Document relevant aspects of the problem/challenge/needs as well as design Contribute to architectural strategies, roadmap and tactics Scope, manage and follow up deliveries Align with H&M IT and our Product and IT Service Providers Afound offers Each Afounder at our company is an essential part of the team.
