The Division Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems and related services enabling sales in stores across the H&M Group. As Tester within the division’s QA & Test team you will be responsible of test planning, test execution, test reporting and quality assurance of our IT Services for our retail solutions, including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rollout. You will update and design new test cases as well as review deliverables from other team members. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to perform allocated test assignments. To be successful in this role you have a genuine interest and passion for Quality Assurance and Test and you are proud of being a Tester, contributing to the team’s knowledge and competences. You can quickly understand the tasks and learn new solutions. You can be pro-active and anticipate problems and respond accordingly. You are good in building relations and you have solid communication skills, both orally and in writing. We believe you have experience from projects in an international environment as well as working with external suppliers. Proven record of working within Retail IT and Test Leader experience is meritorious. Your responsibilities: •Test design, test execution, test reporting and quality assurance of IT services (Service Validation) for retail solutions including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rollout •Collaborate with e.g. test managers, testers, project managers, requirements analysts, architects, internal and external suppliers to perform testing of releases in limited time frames •Review of requirement and solution documentation •Design of new test cases based on change requests and updating of existing test cases when requirements change •Review deliverables from other team members (such as test cases) •Execute tests and review and assess test results from test execution •Participate in test meetings and discuss defect reports and test status •Communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, review of external suppliers' deliverables and way-of-working •Provide support to other testers Vilka är vi på IT?
